In need of a time-saving bodyweight workout plan? Got 30 minutes? Then you definitely have to give this heart pumping workout a try!
Aim to complete 8 circuits (with up to one minute of rest in between) in 30 minutes. Once you start repeating the circuit, you’ll see just how effective and challenging it can be!
10 squat jumps (modification: squat)
10 push ups
10 walking lunges (each leg)
30 second sprint (modification: 30 seconds high knees)
Rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute
REPEAT CIRCUIT 8 TIMES
And the best part about this workout? You can do it from ANYWHERE and you don’t need any equipment! This short workout can be performed on its own for a quick strength-training session or combined with your cardio routine.
